Main areas of responsibility
Develop and execute a tender & pricing strategy for the Belgian hospitals segments that will win bids in line with profitability objectives
Create and execute tender and pre- & post-tender plan per hospital or hospital group
Identify and map tender decision-making unit
Develop strong customer relationships to drive optimal tender management in tender, pre- and post-tender phase
Proactively manage tender from start to finish in collaboration with National Field Sales Manager and sales team
Manage tender submission process, review evaluation criteria and develop tender & pricing proposal to ensure flawless and timely submissions
Review legal and commercial content of tender requirements and documents to limit  risk and where necessary seek legal guidance
 
Experience with hospitals and tenders
Part of management team.
Needs to build out the strategy of the team/department.
Bi-lingual (Dutch/English)
Working location is flexible: Diegem, Beerse, home.
Meetings will be in Beerse.
25% of time; meetings with management and with internal employees who arrange administration; 75% on the road
